This milestone is aimed at the dissemination of the information about the project, its research units, objectives, approaches and results, and to facilitate the collaboration and the information exchange between relevant research and agricultural communities, to reinforce public engagement of DEMETRA components and create dedicated social media profiles (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).

Activity 5.1 Project web site

Objectives:
- Create a cloud for data storage
- Storage of project results during the two years in a reserved cloud area
- Online publication of results for users after publication on a scientific journal Build an online presence to provide information to the international scientific community

Metodology:
A project web site will be set up and constantly updated. It will provide an information point for the project itself and for related fields of work (e.g., links to other projects and services). DEMETRA will provide various types of results that, after publication on scientific journals, will be visible on the web site in a user-friendly output with a searchable dropdown menu.

Activity 5.2: Communication plan

Objective: - create dedicated social media profiles

Expected results:
- build a network with the scientific community working in the same field (ER 5.4)
- Realtime update of the project progresses (ER 5.5)

Methodologies:
The communication plan includes several tools for the dissemination of the objectives of the project to a scientific and non-scientific audience using dedicated social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Facebook will allow the sharing of photos, videos, and general updates on the project activities in real-time. Instagram will be used to find connections with the youngest audience sharing photo, and principally posting "highlight reel". Lastly, Twitter will be used to share ideas, real-time information, and trending news and principally to be connected to the wider world. It will broad the horizon in data science and social media bridging the gap between the partnership and the public.
Activity 5.3: Participation to conferences
Objective: dissemination of DEMETRA with the scientific community
Expected results:
- publications, abstract and oral presentations at conferences (ER 5.6)
Methodologies:
The RUs included in the project possess experience in dissemination of scientific results and have large experience in interacting with the scientific community at multidisciplinary level. Furthermore, the PI and associated PI are members of scientific societies and take part to the organization of workshops and congresses.
